About Us

Oneida Lake Vacation Homes is a private company owned and operated by Brian and Meg Tesmer, year-round residents of Oneida Lake. We take a hands on approach to our rental homes, personally maintaining them and assuring a standard of high quality for our guests. Should you have questions, issues, or concerns of any kind, we are available to our guests at any time.

Both of our properties are located in Canastota, NY either on or near Lewis Point. Our rental homes offer a unique experience that most other vacation homes in the area simply can't. These prime lakefront properties are located in very private areas with large yards for roaming, an abundance of parking, neighboring houses that are not on top of one another, and have absolutely stunning sunsets over the lake. Both are within minutes of places such as Grocery Stores and Pharmacies(Walmart, Tops, Aldi's, RiteAid), Sylvan Beach and Amusement Park, Turning Stone Casino, Boxing Hall of Fame, Restaurants, Gas Stations, and more. Syracuse and Vernon Downs are also within 20 minutes of either home. You can enjoy the best that Upstate New York has to offer!

Our newest property is a custom 5 bedroom house built on an acre of beautiful waterfront land. Now available for rental as of June 2017, this property offers everything you could want in a vacation home. From a sandy private beach, to a large yard for activities, as well as plenty of indoor space for you and your guests to relax. This home provides a truly luxurious vacation in every way.

Our original property is a 4 bedroom cottage located in a reclusive area on a private drive. It has a large, lush back yard that leads up to it's own sandy, private beach on the lake. Whether you're a group of friends and family, or you're a couple looking for a quiet vacation spot, this cottage offers everything you need for the perfect Upstate New York getaway!
